Faithpreneur – a person whose business is built upon the principles of their faith.
I don’t try to convert people to the way I think, believe, or feel. I don’t believe it is my job to convince any one of anything. I believe the Holy Spirit is much more qualified and convincing.
What I do try to do is make myself a willing vessel completely surrendered for His use. It is my desire my faith manifest in every area of my life. I don’t hide my faith nor do I over-exaggerate my faith. I am who I am. I am the same person in public as I am in private. I am flawed human that is covered by the Grace of God. I personally can do nothing but through Christ, my savior, I can do all things. I am completely human and I am completely a child of God.
Is there any better way to witness to people than to show them you are your message?
You are witnessing to people every moment of every day. You are witnessing to people by how you treat others. You are witnessing to people by how you handle yourself when you have made a mistake. You are witnessing to others by how you act when you don’t get your way. You are always witnessing and you never even have to tell people what you believe. They will know.
When people talk about incorporating their faith into their work life, it gets complicated. It isn’t complicated unless we make it complicated. Beliefs aren’t something we put on and remove for convenience. Beliefs make up the core of who we are. The easiest thing about being a faithpreneur is you just have to be yourself. How do you incorporate your faith into your business? Don’t preach your message. Be your message.
Is your business your ministry? I ask you… How can your business not be your ministry?
