Stage 4- Depression – sadness, reflection, and loneliness consumes you
Stage 5 – Waking Up – slowly you return to life
Stage 6- Reconstruction – you begin to rebuild your life
Stage 7- Acceptance and Hope – you stop fighting against your situation and live again
